Professional Development Workshop
Speed of Trust
Attendance in this workshop will introduce the 13 behaviors common to high trust leaders. Understanding and practicing these behaviors will facilitate managers becoming leaders and allow them to lower organizational costs, speed up results, and increase employee engagement.
The Speed of Trust challenges the age-old assumption that trust is merely a soft, social virtue and instead demonstrates that trust is a hard-edged, driver, a learnable and measurable skill that makes organizations more successful, people more promotable, and relationships more energizing. Trust is a powerful accelerator to performance and when trust goes up, speed also goes up while cost comes down. This session will help you leverage trust as a tangible strategy for executing your business objectives. Some of the benefits you can expect are:
-
Focus on work rather than continuously spending time dealing with relationship issues.
-
Complete projects and initiatives faster and with better results.
-
Increase creativity, innovation and commitment with your employees.
