Attendance in this workshop will acquaint managers with the tools and resources available to them to manage employee performance, as well the policy and procedures that support a manager in holding an employee accountable for job performance These include:
- Coaching and problem-solving conversations
- Understanding the Corrective Action process
- Documentation of performance management including Corrective Action
- Tools, forms, and available supports
