How do I register for Reunion? When does registration close?
Registration will open late summer 2021. Click here to sign up. Advanced registration will close Monday, September 27. To register after that date, please contact the SMU Reunion Team at email@example.com or (214) 768-9327.
Do I need to register in advance?
Alumni are strongly encouraged to register in advance. However, if you are not able to register in advance, walk up registration will be available at all class parties.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes! Once you complete the online registration form, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your registration. A more detailed confirmation message with additional details will be sent prior to Homecoming. Please contact the SMU Reunion Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or (214) 768-9327 if you do not receive a confirmation email upon completion.
Will I be sent an event reminder with final details?
Yes, SMU Reunions will email all registrants final homecoming details in the weeks leading up to Homecoming Weekend.
How much does my Reunion cost? The cost of attending Reunion Weekend depends on the events you choose to attend. Prices to attend each event are available on the registration form.
REUNION CHECK IN
Reunion alumni and their guests will check in at their class party on Friday night or at the Reunion Village on Saturday before the football game. It is not necessary to check in prior to your reunion party.
What do I wear for the Reunion events?
Attire varies depending on the events you will be attending during Reunion Weekend. Please refer to the reunion class parties listing for information regarding attire for your class party. For Saturday festivities, including the Homecoming Parade, Reunion Village and football game, wear your red and blue with pride.
What if there is inclement weather?
While the majority of Reunion Class Parties are indoor events, inclement weather plans are in place for those that are not indoors to ensure that the event will be successful rain or shine.
How do I make changes or cancel my Reunion event reservation(s)?
All events, with the exception of football tickets, are refundable until Monday September, 27. To request a refund or make changes to an existing registration, please contact the SMU Reunion Team at email@example.com or (214) 768-9327.
How do I make my Reunion gift?
You may give online or by phone—call the SMU Reunion Programs at 214-768-9327. You can designate your gift to any area of SMU. We hope you will consider a gift or pledge to the SMU Fund for Greatest Needs. Gifts to any area of SMU during your Reunion year count toward SMU’s goal to achieve 2,021 reunion-year gifts in the year 2021. Click here to make your reunion gift today.
How will SMU know when reunion-year alumni make gifts?
Any time SMU receives a current SMU fiscal year gift from a reunion-year alumnus, it is automatically counted toward the 2,021 gifts in the year 2021 reunion goal. Reunion gifts during SMU's fiscal year, between June 1, 2021, and December 31, 2021, count toward your reunion goal.
What is the Pony Pass?
All reunion-year alumni will receive a “Pony Pass” card that grants access to exclusive benefits, discounts and swag throughout their milestone reunion year. Show your pass to participating SMU Partners all year long to receive exclusive benefits and experiences. Visit the Pony Pass page for an up-to-date list of our Pony Pass Partners.
How do I receive my Pony Pass?
All reunion year alumni will receive a 2021 Pony Pass card with their mailed invitation. If you did not receive one or need to replace your Pony Pass card, please contact SMU Reunion Programs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 214-768-9327.
