Bipartisanship in a Polarized Age

Partisan polarization in American politics is at an all-time high. Yet a variety of foreign policy debates - on issues ranging from military intervention to trade to human rights, to international affairs spending - continue to involve some degree of bipartisanship. In this talk, Jordan Tama will discuss how the relationship between Democrats and Republicans varies across different issues, and highlight key factors that contribute to partisan polarization or bipartisanship.
