I was born in Pamplona, Spain, grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and found my way to Texas in 1994 when I decided to attend Texas A&M University. I have worked for 16 years in higher education. I was an admissions counselor for Texas A&M, served as a college advisor at two Dallas ISD high schools and am now the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment and Retention here at the SMU Lyle School of Engineering. I am extremely proud of what is going on here at the Lyle School of Engineering. We have top-notch facilities and tremendous hands-on opportunities for our engineering students. These, coupled with a devoted faculty and amazing students, make recruiting for the Lyle School of Engineering the best job on campus.
I am married to a native Texan and am the proud father of two little boys. I love the Dallas Cowboys, St. Louis Cardinals and Spain's National Soccer Team (La Furia Roja). My hobbies include studying the chronology of the Pharaohs, the geography of the brain and the history of early Hungarian cabinet making.
Contact me so I can show off all the great things that await you here as a student at the SMU Lyle School of Engineering.
