President's Scholars Program

National Fellowship

Historically, President's Scholars have been some of SMU's most successful national fellowship applicants, including two Marshall Scholars since 2006. This year, President's Scholars were again well represented amongst national fellowship finalists and recipients. These students include Ben Chi (SMU's first recipient of the Schwarzman Scholarship). Kenny Martin (recipient of a Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship to Peru and a Humanity in Action Fellowship to Europe), Angela Wang (recipient of a Fulbright Teaching Assistantship to Thailand), and Eki Olumese (finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship)
