Imagine the email message you want your web page to send. Fill in the following properties as if they are describing that email message.

Email address of person who will receive this message. You can specify more than one email address. Separate multiple email addresses with a comma (,). Note that all email addresses must end with smu.edu.
From
Address that this email will appear to be from. If you type nothing, noreply@smu.edu will be used.
Subject
The email's subject.
One-line fields
Type in the names of the one-line fields you want the user to fill in. Separate each field name with a comma (,).
Free-form fields
Type in the names of the free-form fields you want the user to fill in. Separate each field name with a comma (,).
Redirect

After the email gets sent, the user's browser gets automatically redirected to the URL you enter above. This MUST be a confirmation page letting the user know that the email was successfully sent! If you leave this blank, the form will display a default confirmation page.
Reply-To
The email's reply-to field.
CC
The email's carbon copy recipients field.
BCC
The email's blind carbon copy recipients field.
