Core Values

Our aim is create an environment where young people, particularly those under various types of pressure, are supported and encouraged to probe their own questions about issues of faith, church and society.  The following core values are essential within our model of ministry to and with young people.

  • Community

We are conscientious about incorporating participatory decision-making and mutual respect in our learning and relational activities.

  • Question-Raising

We affirm the insights of young people and challenge them to raise and explore critical questions of faith.

  • Service

We encourage young people to contribute to their communities through service projects as a way of giving back and enhancing their development as emerging leaders.

  • Partnerships

We believe that young people need advocates and guides to help them process and integrate their experiences and beliefs with their personal, spiritual and social lives.

  • Agency

We strive to make an impact on young people to practice the call of God on their lives and develop strategies for transformation change.
