PYST youth participate in a three-week residential program where they gather on the SMU campus for critical and constructive theological reflection on the practice and theory of the Christian faith. Youth take basic theological courses from seminary professors and participate in ecumenical worship experiences, community building, recreational activities and field trips. the Summer Academy is held during the first three weeks in July.
