Student Senate Bulletin Board Request
Every Tuesday during the Fall and Spring semester's the Students' Association runs a Student Organizations Bulletin Board in the Daily Campus.   This Bulletin Board is only open to Chartered Student Organizations and space is very limited.  All requests are due by 5:00 PM on the Tuesday prior to your desired run date.  

Please submit all the following information in an e-mail to Madeline Mitchel. (via studentsenate@smu.edu)

  • Place 'Ad Request' in the subject line of the email
  • Name of Organization
  • Contact Person Name
  • Contact Person Email
  • Contact Person Phone Number
  • Date you would like to run ad (Bulletin Board runs every Tuesday)
  • Indicate whether you have designed your own ad or would like me to design the ad for you
  • Please attach your artwork or a description of the ad to design


All information pertaining to the ad must be submitted by 5:00 PM the Tuesday prior to when you want the ad to run.  Ads will be placed in the Bulletin Board on a first come, first serve basis!

Please provide all information you want included in the ad.  If you would like to have specific artwork, please upload this file separately or you can provide artwork on a CD (in .jpg or .tif file format), but this CD is also due by 5:00 PM Tuesday.  If you want me to design your ad, please put your ad in a word document and upload the file to this document. 

Due to limited space, if your ad is submitted later than a week prior to the run date, Student Senate can not guarantee that it will run.  All information for the ad must be received one week prior to the desired run date.

This form will be submitted to the Student Senate Ad Director, you may contact the Ad Director Madeline Mitchel with questions.
