Follow the Red Brick Road: SMU Faculty & Staff Campaign 2011-2012

Pave the Way to 2015

Mark and JulieAs we enter the third year of our faculty and staff campaign in support of SMU’s Second Century Campaign, we have a lot to celebrate and look forward to.

The 2010-2011 school year ended with 64% of our community making a gift to SMU. That participation rate equates to over 1,385 of our faculty and staff showing support of the campaign and SMU’s future. Thank you for your commitment to this effort.

It gives us great pride to announce that there is a new way to support not only The Second Century Campaign but also the Second Century Celebration as SMU embarks on a five-year effort to honor the centennial anniversary of SMU’s founding in 2011 and opening in 2015.

As faculty and staff members of SMU, we have the unique opportunity to make our mark on the SMU centennial. Through the end of 2015, we can purchase a $100 Centennial Paver that will be placed on the proposed Centennial Promenade which will be completed for the anniversary of SMU’s opening in 2015.

Your support will leave a legacy for future generations of faculty, staff and students. Join us as we celebrate the promise of SMU’s next 100 years.

Remember, every gift, to any area on campus, whether it’s a Centennial Paver, a gift to a specific area, President’s Partners or one of the campaign priorities, supports the campaign. And please review the information on SMU’s giving societies to see if your annual gift qualifies you to be among SMU’s most loyal donors.

Please join us in renewing your support of SMU in this school year.
