Student Records
Student Records is the module within the Student Administration System that is used to track the courses, course offerings, transfer work, student enrollments, degrees earned, and other related university and student academic information. Student biographical and demographic data is part of the Campus Community module.
The Student Administration System is often referred to as the PeopleSoft System. PeopleSoft is the software vendor from whom the system was purchased. The Student Administration System is a part of an integrated database, PeopleSoft Higher Education System that is shared by Human Resources, Advancement and Student Administration.
The self service, web based component of the Student Administration System is called Access.SMU.
