routines for tryouts
(Must attend clinic for tryouts, video tryouts also accepted)
Saturday, April 26th

9 am - 1pm
Tryouts for the 2008 - 2009 Pom Squad
Sunday, April 27th
Dedman Center
9 am - 3pm
All participants will perform a
jazz/hip hop/pom routine that they will learn at the tryout clinic held
the day before tryouts.
Participants will also be required to perform the following skills across the floor :
(right and left): double and triple pirouette turns, axel turns, chainne turnes, pique turns, jetes, switch leaps, russian leaps, fouette turns, kicks, and splits.
*Please wear a half-top, black jazz pants, and jazz shoes both days*
Applications are available online or you can apply on Saturday at the
tryout clinic. There is a $20
application fee.
