SMU Fitness will offer the SMU Community quality fitness equipment and comprehensive programs which boost awareness, value, and commitment to the five components of fitness: Cardio respiratory Endurance, Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Body Composition, and Flexibility.

Group X Fees

Unlimited Summer Group X allows participation in all SMU Group X classes from May 3 through August 24.

$40 Unlimited Pass

Human Resources will cover the expense of Summer Group X for benefits-eligible faculty and staff.

$4 One-class pass allows participants into one class, one time

All purchases must be made at the Dedman Main Desk.  Even benefits-eligible faculty and staff must register into the program at the Dedman Main Desk.

The fee grants you unlimited access to all classes

Spring 2008 Group X Spinning Pass (August 23-December 2) - $50
This fee grants you access to spinning classes only.
One-Class Pass - $4
This fee grants you access to one class, one time.

*Faculty and staff may attend Unlimited Group X and Wellpower classes this semester for $0.  Human Resources is covering the expense on your behalf as a HR benefit.  Sign up at the Dedman Main Desk.

Faculty and staff may also attend Wellpower Fit-4-Life classes.  These are restricted to faculty and staff.  Please see the back pages in the Spring 2008 schedule to see days, times, and classes offered for Wellpower.  Be sure to enter your points at wellpower.smu.edu.  Points may be entered for Group X classes that faculty and staff attend, as well.
