We depend on support from you … our players pay, participate in fund raisers, and work to find sponsors to help meet the needs to put a baseball team of the field. We have a list of things we need and some days it seems to grow longer. We have found that the basic cost of putting a team on the field is just over $8,000.00
SMU Club Baseball appreciates the tremendous university and community support it has received. Sponsorships and donations to the team can be made year round. Please make checks payable to SMU Club Baseball and mail them to the club advisor, David Hayden, at Southern Methodist University, SMU Club Baseball, PO Box 752436, Dallas, Texas 75275-0436 to ensure you receive tax credit and appropriate recognition for your generous contributions.

To raise that amount each player has paid $360.00 to help take care of this cost. This amount takes care of dues to our league and some practice time. That amount does not get us all the equipment, umpires, travel, uniforms or a thousand other things we need to compete safely and look like a real SMU team.

Anyone can come to bat so we think it great if you give any amount. All donations are tax deductible and you will receive your notice from the University.
