Water Aerobics
Enjoy this low-impact environment to gain cardiovascular fitness and strength in the water using tubing, ankle and hand buoys and noodles for added resistance. There is no need to know how to swim.

Each class you attend counts for 1 Wellpower credit!

Fall Class Fee: $35 semester pass, $3 per class
