The Department of Psychology has an energetic faculty committed to both research and teaching. Presently, we have 10 tenured/tenure-track faculty members, with plans to expand to 17 over the next 4 to 5 years. Many of our faculty members are internationally recognized scholars who regularly publish their research in top academic outlets. Almost half have grant support to assist them in their research. In addition, over half have received teaching awards. Several also serve on review boards for our field’s top academic journals, on committees that review grant applications, and in administrative roles in prestigious scientific societies.
