SMU mourns the death of missing student
The SMU family is shocked and saddened to learn of the death of junior Meaghan Bosch, who had been missing since May 10 from her apartment in Dallas.
We mourn this loss and send our heartfelt sympathy to her parents and other loved ones. To our other students who are taking exams this week and preparing for graduation on Saturday, we offer the assistance of grief counselors and the services of the University Chaplain’s Office.
We await information from the Dallas County Medical Examiner on the cause of death and from Dallas Police Department on the circumstances of this tragedy.
A memorial service is scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home at U.S. 75 and Ridgeview Drive (Exit 38) in Allen.
