For video game players, The Guildhall at SMU has named 10 state-of-the-art titles – ranging from the epic adventures of a Disney icon to the American Revolution seen through an assassin’s eyes – to its 2012 Top 10 Video Games list. Guildhall alumni have worked on 6 of this year’s top 10 games: Borderlands 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Epic Mickey 2, Halo 4 and Skylanders: Giants.

SMU is celebrating is its founding with The Second Century Celebration. Commemorate your connection to SMU with holiday gifts that include commemorative books showcasing the beauty of the SMU campus, a customized limited edition SMU centennial bicycle, a puzzle, and etched pavers on SMU's proposed Centennial Promenade.

In this season of comfort, kindness and joy, your thoughts may also turn to stress, family, lists and shopping. SMU faculty offer some expert advice for "coping" with the holidays, from nagging children and blended families to wrapping presents and finding a job. And, of course, managing your stress level.
