Location and Parking
The 16th Annual SMU Corporate Counsel Symposium will be held Friday, October 3, 2008, at the Omni Mandalay Hotel, 221 East Las Colinas Blvd., Dallas (Irving), Texas 75039. Valet or complimentary self parking is available.
Registration and Tuition
Tuition is $245 per person if paid on or before September 12, 2008. Thereafter, tuition is $275 per person. Government rates are available. Tuition includes the program, a continental breakfast, a luncheon, an extensive manual of written materials distributed at the event, and a one-year subscription to the SMU Law Review.
Cancellation Policy
Full tuition refunds will be made for all cancellations received by September 12, 2008. A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds on cancellations received after that date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after the day of the program.
Accreditation
As a program sponsored by the Dedman SMU School of Law, the 16th Annual SMU Corporate Counsel Symposium is currently applying for mandatory CLE credit in Texas. Estimated credit hours are seven, including three hours of ethics credit (hours not yet approved). Upon request, the SMU Dedman School of Law will apply for credit from other states.

Messages
Messages for the Symposium attendees may be left with the hotel. Such messages will be posted on a message board near the Symposium registration desk.
