Service-Learning Placement Request Form

Does your class have a service-learning component that requires you to perform fieldwork with a local volunteer agency?  We can help you locate service placements in the Dallas-Fort Worth area based on your interests. 

Please complete and submit this form to transmit your request to our office.  We will e-mail you contact information for the top five agencies that fit your interests so that you may arrange your service placement accordingly.  Please allow two business days for us to process your request.
