Group Service Project Placement Request
If you are interested in planning a group community service project for your student organization (up to 50 participants), please complete the Group Service Project Placement Request Form.

Service Event Co-Sponsorship Request
If you are interested in co-sponsoring a community service event for your student organization (more than 50 participants), please complete the Service Event Co-Sponsorship Request Form.
