The Leadership Certificate Program Objectives

The program consists of 5 core objectives:

  • To equip students with a solid foundation in leadership.
  • To prepare students to be great leaders in and around SMU.
  • To prepare students to be great leaders beyond SMU.
  • To develop a consciousness within students regarding the need to consistently exercise their “leadership bodies” in order to remain “leadership fit”.
  • To help students go to the next level.
