Fall Term 2008
New Student/Scholar Check-In Hours: July 30 through August 24, 2008
Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
New international students and scholars are required to check-in at the International Office (Laura Lee Blanton Student Services Building, Suite 216) upon arrival. If you are here with any dependents, they are also required to check-in at our office. Please make sure to have all of your immigration documents with you at this time:
- I-20/DS-2019
- Passport & F-1/J1 visa
- I-94
- All papers you received at the port of entry
- Approval Notice of Change of Status (only for students who have changed status within the U.S.)
- U.S. Local Address; No P.O. Box is acceptable. (this information is crucial for your registration with the U.S. government)
- Emergency Contact Information (Name, email, phone number, full address, and relation to student or scholar)
- Dependant information and official documents (if applicable)
