Timeline  

Performance Reviews are to be conducted on an annual basis for all staff members. The Department of Human Resources has established the spring semester, January to May as the Review period.  

Performance Reviews are due to the Retention Manager by May 4, 2007.  

If you experience any difficulty in completing your reviews by the deadline, please contact Rebecca Sampson, Retention Manager 214-768-4085 for assistance or an extension.  

Remember to forward the following three documents to Retention Manager, Department of Human Resources, Box 232, SMU:

  • Original of The Expectations-Staff Member's Perspective
  • Original of The Expectations-Supervisor's Perspective
  • Signed and dated original of The Plan
  • The Job form, if used, may be submitted as well
