SMU Health
and Wellness Plan:
Helping
You Take Care of You
We all have many
work-related responsibilities, as well as numerous
personal responsibilities that consume a lot of our time and
energy when we leave work each day. Whether we are raising
children, are just now thinking about starting a family,
or are trying to help an older parent with health or other
age-related issues, we often lose sight of the need to
address our own healthcare needs. |
