Enabling Spell Check

You may configure Webmail to always check spelling before sending a message or you can determine which messages to spell check as you go.

To always check spelling:

  1. Click Options on the left side of the Webmail screen
  2. Locate the Spelling Options section
  3. Select Always check spelling before sending
  4. Click Save and Close

To check spelling on particular messages:

  1. Compose the message
  2. Locate the spell check icon on the message toolbar
  3. Click the spell check icon to initiate the spell check on that message only
