Configuring Rules
By configuring a rule, you instruct Outlook to handle particular messages in a specified manner. For example, messages sent from a specific address or containing certain words in the subject can automatically be moved to another folder.

- Click the Rules icon on the left side of the Webmail screen
- Click New
- Type a name for the rule
- Fill in the appropriate criteria for the To, From or subject fields
- Specify the action. If you select Move or Copy, you must also click on the word Specified and select the appropriate folder.
- Click Save and Close
