Folders

Creating new folders

  1. Right click on the Inbox in the folder list
  2. Select New Folder
  3. Type the name for the folder
  4. Select the location for the new folder
  5. Click Ok

Deleting Folder

  1. Right Click on the folder

  2. Click Delete

  3. Click OK

Moving Folders

  1. Right Click on the folder

  2. Click Move/Copy

  3. In the list of names of all the current folders, click the name of the destination folder

  4. Click OK

Please note: folders can also be moved by dragging and dropping the folder in the folder list to the desired location.

Copying Folders

  1. Right Click on the folder

  2. Click Move/Copy

  3. In the list of names of all the current folders, click the name of the destination folder

  4. Click OK
