| Welcome to the ITS User Support Center.
The User Support Center allows SMU faculty, staff and students to open requests directly to the ITS Help Desk. In addition to submitting requests, you can also request additional accounts and services and view the status of any requests that have been submitted for you. The Online Support Center is open 24 hours a day. |
Login When prompted, please enter SMU\SMUID as the username and your account password. You must be a current faculty, staff or student to use the online support center.
