Fetch
Fetch FTP program is available for all SMU faculty and staff free of charge. Please read the following instructions closely!
- Click Go
- Choose Connect to Server....
- Type: smb://s32usd.systems.smu.edu/lic$
- A pop up window should appear. Enter your SMU ID number as the username and your main account password (the one used for webmail.smu.edu and access.smu.edu
- Click and drag the Fetch folder into your Applications folder
- The license code is contained in a word document within the fetch folder.
