In order to log in to an ITS supported download site, you will need to know your NT User Name and Password with respect to the SMU NT Domain.  Depending on your operating system or web browser you may see one of 2 types of login screen.

The first type is generally seen using Internet Explorer from Windows 98 or 2000. You will need to fill out all 3 text boxes as shown below.

The second type may be seen if you are using Windows XP or Netscape Communicator. In the User Name text box, you will need to type the domain, then a back slash, then your User Name. See example below.
