Changing Grades

***Please note:  Grades can be modified as long as the "Grade Status" shows Pending.  If the grade status has been changed to Posted, you will need to fill out a grade change request form.  These forms can be obtained from your department office or from the registrar.***
  1. Login to Access.SMU
  2. Select Record Grades
  3. Select the appropriate term
  4. Select the appropriate grade roster
  5. Change Approval Status to Not Reviewed
  6. Click Save
  7. Make the appropriate grade changes
  8. Click Save
  9. Change the Approval Status to Approved
  10. Click Save
