Changing Grades
***Please note: Grades can be modified as long as the "Grade Status" shows Pending. If the grade status has been changed to Posted, you will need to fill out a grade change request form. These forms can be obtained from your department office or from the registrar.***- Login to Access.SMU
- Select Record Grades
- Select the appropriate term
- Select the appropriate grade roster
- Change Approval Status to Not Reviewed
- Click Save
- Make the appropriate grade changes
- Click Save
- Change the Approval Status to Approved
- Click Save
