Dr. Montie Monzingo, an Associate Professor at SMU, earned his Ph.D. in mathematics at the University of Oklahoma.  Dr. Monzingo has been named an SMU Outstanding Professor of the Year on three occasions and has published in number theory journals.  Dr. Monzingo teaches MATH 1307 Introduction to Mathematical Sciences for TAG. He is a longstanding supporter and faculty member in the TAG program.
