Registration Form

Tuition for all courses may be paid by check, money order, MasterCard/Visa, or purchase order. If using a purchase order for payment, process the P.O. using the completed registration form as an invoice; submit the P.O. with the completed registration form to SMU's School of Education and Human Development. Certificates of attendance are provided to all individuals whose registration fees have been paid in full and who attend all class meetings.

Classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment.

Mail: Complete the printable version of the form below (click on the "printable version" link at the bottom of this page), print it, and then mail it with a check (payable to SMU), credit card information, or copy of a P.O. to "A World in Motion, c/o The School of Education and Human Development, PO Box 750383, Dallas, TX 75275-0383." Please keep a copy of the form for yourself. You will receive a confirmation of your registration after the deadline date.
