Judy Mares-Dixon is an Executive Coach for managers in both the private and
public sector. She also spec
ializes in resolving complex organizational disputes.
She serves as a mediator in collective bargaining negotiations, and mediates
grievance, racial discrimination, sexual harassment, work team, and inter-departmental
conflicts. Ms. Mares-Dixon also specializes in designing and implementing dispute
resolution systems and conflict management training programs. Her clients include:
United Airlines, the U.S. Department of the Interior, the Royal Canadian Mounted
Police, Peel Board of Education, Levi Strauss, the U.S. Postal Service, the
