Martha Hughes is the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at North Lake College, Dallas County Community College District. Dr. Hughes was instrumental in founding the North Lake College Dispute Resolution Program with Dr. Tony Picchioni and has taught Negotiation in the Community College programs both at North Lake and at El Centro College. Dr. Hughes is one of the founding faculty members of the Southern Methodist University Dispute Resolution program.
