Joel Goldman
Instructor

            Joel Goldman is a lawyer, conflict engagement specialist, teacher and author.  He practiced as a trial lawyer for twenty-eight years in Kansas City, MO before retiring in 2006.  He is approved as a mediator by the Kansas and Missouri Supreme Courts and is a member of the arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association, National Association of Securities Dealers and the National Arbitration Forum.  He is an adjunct faculty member at Baker University School of Graduate and Professional Studies and a guest instructor at Southern Methodist University in the graduate Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution Program.  He is also the author of four mystery novels and a fifth that will be published in 2008.
