Dave Byers, President of Employment Law Consulting Group LLC (ELCG), has a background as a multi-faceted attorney and business executive with more than twenty-five years' experience in a human resources environment. Drawing from his experiences with a labor and employment law firm dealing with employment related issues in many major industries and also as a member of the human resources management teams at several Fortune 100 companies, he has demonstrated skills in devising strategies and solutions to help resolve workplace problems. A core service provided by ELCG is the development of an employment dispute resolution program which includes mediation and arbitration as alternative steps to avoid court litigation. Facilitation and mediation services are provided by ELCG as part of its dispute resolution services.

Mr. Byers has lectured frequently on the subject of strategies for the effective resolution of employment disputes. He is an instructor at Southern Methodist University's nationally recognized Graduate Certificate Program in Dispute Resolution.
