Benjamin, M.S.W., J.D.Robert Benjamin has been a practicing mediator and facilitator in most dispute contexts, including, health care, civil and business, employment and organizational, land-use and environmental, and family and divorce since 1979. He has also practiced law for over 25 years. He presents negotiation, facilitation, mediation and conflict management training courses and seminars nationally and internationally, and is a Fellow at The Strauss Institute for Conflict Resolution, a Visiting Professor at the Pepperdine University School of Law, has been an Adjunct Professor in a number of Law and Graduate Schools, including Washington University, GWB School of Social Work. He is a past President of the Academy of Family Mediators, and an Advanced Practitioner member of ACR. He is an editor and columnist for the on-line publication, Mediate.Com, and a columnist for the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), and is the author of numerous articles and book contributions.
