Registration

All classes are held at SMU-in-Legacy (SMU's campus in west Plano).  Click here for a map: http://www.smu.edu/maps/legacy.asp.  Classes are limited in size, and spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Cancellations/Refunds

Classes are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. You will be notified as soon as possible in case of cancellation.  If you cancel your registration, a $25 processing fee per class will be withheld from your refund. Refund requests must be made no later than 2 working days before the start of a workshop, after which time no refunds will be issued.

Mail: Complete the attached form, print it, and then mail it with a check or credit card information to SMU Licensed Professionals Workshops; SMU-in-Legacy; 5228 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 234; Plano, TX 75024-3547.  You may wish to make a copy of the form to keep for yourself.
