  • The Dallas Woman's Club Scholarship: The Dallas Woman's Club Foundation, give scholarships each year to men and women from the Dallas-Fort Worth area who have need of financial assistance to complete their college education.  A total of $90,000 in scholarship grants was given to sixty-six students for the 2006-2007 academic year.  These undergraduate and graduate grants varied in amounts from $1,000 to $3,000, depending upon need.  Pick up your application today at the DMSA and applications must be postmarked no later than January 19, 2007.

 

  • Mensa Foundation (North Texas Mensa Scholarship Program) The annual scholarship program hosted by North Texas Mensa and the national Mensa Foundation. Mensa is the national society of indviduals who have tested in the upper two percent of intelligence.  Scholarship awards from $300 to $1,000.  Scholarship information available at the DMSA and essays and completed applications must be postmarked by January 16, 2007. 

  • The Public Policy & International Affairs (PPIA) Program
    invites college juniors, from diverse communities, to apply for the 2007
    PPIA Fellowship Program. Each year over 100 students will be selected to
    become part of this exciting fellowship program that spans from junior year
    of college to graduate studies in public policy, public administration,
    international affairs or related fields. (
