Diversity Education Program class

While training to be a DEP Facilitator you will:

• Learn about diversity and issues of social justice!

• Learn to facilitate workshops for other SMU students!

• Learn to make a difference on this campus and in the world!

How to get started:

• Pick up and complete a DEP application in the DMSA office or download application  here. (PDF) Return the application to Fernando Salazar.

• By completing the application you are articulating your commitment to DEP and diversity.

• Upon acceptance to DEP, you will be invited to add EDU 2101 to your academic schedule for one credit
• *note* You can enroll in this class without taking EDU 2101 for credit.

• After successful completion of the training class you will be certified as a DEP facilitator.
