Central University Libraries actively supports the university mission of high quality instruction, research and service. The Libraries seek and welcome user feedback and suggestions regarding services, collections and facilities. Central University Libraries provide multiple venues for users to submit and review comments and questions.
"What's On Your Mind?" Suggestion Boxes
- Each of the Central University Libraries has installed a suggestion box near its entrance to encourage user feedback regarding library services. Slips from the suggestion boxes are directed to the appropriate library department and responses are posted on a bulletin board in the entry area of Fondren Library Center and on the Web (see below).
Ask A Librarian- Ask a question or make a comment by email, online chat, telephone, or in person. Questions and comments may be routed to the appropriate department or staff member. Library staff will respond to most email questions within one business day (excluding holidays), and most chat, telephone, and in-person questions are answered immediately.
Ask the Dean- Send an e-mail to Gillian McCombs, Dean and Director, Central University Libraries. In response to general comments, the Dean replies to the sender. More specific questions are forwarded to the appropriate CUL department.
