Oxford Classical Dictionary DE5 .O9 2003 This dictionary is both up-to-date and firmly grounded by primary sources. It has extensive cross-references and bibliographies.
Oxford History of the Classical World DE59 .O94 1986 This illustrated work is fairly equally divided between ancient Greece, the Hellenistic period, and the Roman Empire. Its 32 chapters provide an overview of a broad range of topics. Located in the general stacks of the Fondren and Bridwell Libraries.
Perseus Project http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/ Perseus is a large digital library of classical texts, images, maps, language tools, and dictionaries.
TOCS-IN http://www.chass.utoronto.ca/amphoras/tocs.html TOCS-IN provides tables of contents to journals of interest to classicists, with links to full text articles and abstracts given when available.
