The collection of Big Little Books in this exhibit was donated by Bill J. Zimmerman and Patsy Cantrell Zimmerman.
Bill J. Zimmerman, currently with the Cantey & Hanger law firm in Fort Worth, is a native of Coffeyville, Kansas. Mr. Zimmerman is a 1954 graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a BBA degree in Accounting and Finance. While at SMU, Mr. Zimmerman lettered in swimming. Mr. Zimmerman has served as a member of the SMU Alumni Board, the Law School Advisory Board, The Business School Advisory Board, the MBA Advisory Board and is currently a member of the Mustang Club Board and a member and past president of the Lettermen's Club Board. He received his JD degree, Cum Laude, from Denver University in 1964, where he served on the Law Alumni Council.
Mr. and Mrs. Zimmerman are the parents of three children and the grandparents of eight grandchildren, all of whom live in the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma area.
