Media Hold for Classroom Use

Faculty, or faculty proxies, may hold media items for viewing in the classroom. Items are pulled from the shelf 24 hours before the request date and are held for pick-up. Faculty are allowed to borrow media items for 7 days, as long as they are not on reserve for another course.

If the item is on reserve for another course, premission must first be obtained from the other faculty member before the item may leave the library.

Required information is listed in bold. Please fill out the form below and library staff will contact you regarding the status of your request. We try to respond to requests by the following business day at the latest.
