Add Volume

ADD VOLUME

Display the Bibliographic record for the book.

Verify that it matches the added volume.
Edit bibliographic fields as needed (505, etc.).

Retrieve the Holdings record.

If there is more than one holdings record, identify the correct one for the added volume.
Edit the Holdings record as needed:           Leader
          Type of Record = v (many records need editing)
          Encoding Level = 4
          866 field
         Create the 866 field or add volume to the existing 866 field.
         Change indicators and subfield codes to 866 41 |a as needed.
         Compress single-volume 866 fields as needed.

Create the Item record

Complete the Enum field with the appropriate information for the label.
Complete the Spine field as needed if there is alternative enumeration or chronology.
