HOW TO SEND AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT
USING MS OUTLOOK

The following is an example of how to send an email attachment using Microsoft Outlook.

  1. Start an email message like you normally would:

  2. When you’ve finished typing your message, go to Insert and click on file:

3) Find the file you wish to attach to the email. Click once to hi-light it and then click the ok button.

4) You will see the attached document in the lower left corner of your message. When you’ve finished, click on send.

If you change your mind & don’t want to send a particular file, you can either hi-light it (note: when you attach something, it’s hi-lighted until you click on something else) and press your Delete button, or you can right mouse click once on the item and choose remove from the drop down menu.
