Travel ID Search
Find Travel ID, Name, Department and PO Box.
Why Would I Use This?
You want to find a person's Travel ID, Department and/or PO Box;
OR
You want to find out to whom a Travel ID belongs.
Instructions
If you know the Travel ID:
- Enter the five digit Travel ID. If you do not know all five digits, use the '%' wildcard for unknown digits (see TIP below).
- Click Submit Query.
- The Travel ID, Name, Department and PO Box appear in the list box.
- If no information is returned the Travel ID you specified either does not exist or is no longer active.
If you know the Person's Name:
- Enter the Name. You must supply the exact Name for this search to work. If you do not know the exact Name, use '%' as a wildcard (see TIP below).
- Click Submit Query.
- The Travel ID, Name, Department and PO Box appear in the list box.
- If no information is returned you probably have not supplied the exact Name. In this case we recommended you use the '%' wildcard.
TIP: Use '%' as a wildcard. For example, if you know the person's last name is 'Smith' but are not sure of their first name, enter '%Smith' for the name and the system will list everyone with Smith as their last name. If you know the person's first name is 'Joe' but are not sure of their last name, enter 'Joe%' and the system will display all persons whose name begins with 'Joe'.
